This is a 8 week program to learn Nutrition Strategies! Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle or gain energy, this program will give you the knowledge you need for optimal health and wellness! Nutrition Strategies will include sound training advice along with the systematic application of nutrition tecnologies!

Nutrition Strategies program is designd to provide highly practical lessons for cooking, shopping, and ordering meals. It also provides basic lessons on sugar, fat, fruits and veggies, and more! Nutritional suggestions, providing a nutrition plan and nutritional supplements strategies are included.
