Stretch Therapy

WHAT IS FASCIALimage STRETCH THERAPY?

Fascial Stretch Therapy, also called FST, is an

innovative system of manual techniques and

 training used on clients and patients by certified

 professionals that can rapidly eliminate pain,

improve mobility, restore impaired function and

 enhance both athletic performance and recovery.

The following points are what makes FST different than many other technques:

* Pain free

*Rapid resultsimage

*Long lasting to permanent outcomes

*Many clients who have had other therapies and

 training report never feeling as good as after

getting and FST session.

Description of an FST session

After a conversation about your needs and goals, and then an assortment of functional movement tests and other assessments, you lie on a comfortable table,which has soft stabilizing straps that may be used to secure your body.The straps are used because the FST parctitioner will be moving your body in particular ways to both assess and restore movement that has been lost, is painful and/or weak or is simply of poor overall mobility. Extremly gentle movements may be used if you are in pain or they may be more vigorous if you are training for an athletic actiivity. in any case, the session is created around your needs so specific goals are addressed.

Major FST benifits accomplished with 1-3 sessions:

*Rapid effective pain reliefimage

*Stress relief

* Rapid strength and mobility improvement

* Sleep quality improvement

*Relief of any joint impingement syndrome

*Improved flexibility and speed in athletes

 "Your fascia reacts to all stress-physical, mental and

emotional-by tighening and stiffening. Since fascia covers image

everything from all of your organs to the circulatory system

to the brain and nervous system to musculoskeletal system

and more, your whole body is at risk to react to stress by

                tightening and stiffening.

When your fascia is left unattended to, aging of the body,

mind and spirit accelerates, function decreases and quality

                      of life deteriorates."
